Contact: Carl Schroeder, Shannon McClelland

Enterprise Community Partners is looking to partner with cities to develop suitable surplus public lands into affordable housing and early learning facilities through their local Home & Hope initiative. If you know of any potential properties, please complete this survey form. Enterprise will then follow up to learn more about how they can partner to develop these surplus public lands.

Enterprise Community Partners is a national nonprofit that improves communities and people’s lives by making well-designed homes affordable. Enterprise brings together policy leadership, partners, donors and investors to multiply the impact of local affordable housing development. In the last 35 years, Enterprise has invested nearly $53 billion and created 662,000 homes. In Washington State alone, Enterprise Community Partners has invested $1.4 billion resulting in the preservation or creation or 18,841 homes.
