Bill to allow municipal cannabis retail gets a hearing

Although the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) is not accepting any new cannabis retail license applications, SB 5599 would require the LCB to issue additional licenses to any qualified applicant that is a municipal corporation or commission.
