ESD is seeking city feedback on PFML Phase 3 rules

Contact: Logan Bahr, Brandon Anderson

The Employment Security Department (ESD) is seeking your city’s feedback on the Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program’s draft Phase 3 rules. The Phase 3 rules cover benefits applications and benefits eligibility for employees under the plan.

If you would like to provide input on the proposed rules related to benefits applications and eligibility, please submit a public comment through ESD’s online portal.

Please also consider joining AWC’s Paid Family and Medical Leave webinar on Oct. 10, 2018, to explore the details of the law and help answer your questions about PFML.
