Rulemaking on the new law is underway, and the proposed final draft of Phase 1 rules is now available for review and comment.

There will be several phases of the rulemaking process, each related to different parts of the law. If you would like to share feedback with ESD, or would like to learn more about the new Paid Family and Medical Leave law, please visit the ESD Paid Family and Medical Leave website.
