Zoom 101
AWC created this Zoom 101 guide for elected officials and city staff to provide the resources needed to fully leverage video conferencing using Zoom meetings via the desktop application and mobile applications.
How do I sign up as a new user?
If you have never used this website before, and you want to register yourself or others for an event, you will need to sign up. If you can’t find your company, contact AWC tech support with the following information:
- Company name
- Address
- Phone number
How do I reset my password?
For the AWC website, reset your password here. If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes, try the following:
If you are trying to reset or access your password for the Salary Survey Reporting Tool, send an email to AWC tech support.
I don’t remember my user ID; how do I get it?
Complete a user ID request here for AWC website content, event registration, or to access eWellCity

How do I register for a conference or event?
How do I get my company listed in the search?
Email AWC tech support with the following information:
- Company name
- Address
- Phone number
- Website, if applicable
Once your company has been added, a member of tech support will let you know.

What can I do in my person profile?
There’s a lot you can do in your person profile! You can:
- Quickly and securely pay your member fees with the new “Member fees” tab
- Login to our website. Don’t have a login? Create one here.
- Navigate to your profile by clicking on your name (on the upper right-hand side of the screen) and click on the "Member fees" tab.
- Enter your ACH payment information to securely pay your bill.
- Update your information under the “Profile” tab
- Use the “Order history” tab to see what AWC trainings and events you’ve participated in
- Edit your credit card information under the “Saved payment methods” tab
- Pay for a training, conference, or other item under the “Make payment” tab
- View your AWC downloads under the “My downloads” tab
