New prevailing wage rates for landscape maintenance

Contact: Candice Bock

Effective March 11, the Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) implemented an emergency rule to create a new scope of work unique to landscape maintenance and released updated wage rates for the new class. This should reduce the rates for this type of work, which had previously been combined with landscape construction.

You can find the emergency rule, new scope of work, and wage rates on L&I’s webpage.
