Annual Conference exhibit opportunities

AWC members are solution seekers.

Engage in Washington’s largest gathering of city elected and appointed officials. Come together around a city-focused agenda to learn, discover, exhibit, and network. We understand that some organizations may not be interested in sponsoring the AWC Annual Conference, but still want to have exposure. The exhibit provides an opportunity to connect with attendees and demonstrate the latest products, services, and solutions to help deliver high-quality municipal services.

There are 46 booths available. Morning and afternoon breaks as well as the Thursday night reception are held in the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibit set-up: Noon – 5 pm

Exhibit set-up: 7 – 8 am
Show hours: 8 am – 5 pm

Show hours: 8 am – 3 pm
Exhibit Reception: 5:30 – 7 pm
Breakdown: 7 – 9 pm

Pricing

To exhibit and take advantage of the member rate for a standard booth, you must be an AWC Associate Member. If you are not currently a member, it’s easy to join today. Member rates vary depending on number of employees and type of organization.

$1,000 – Standard booth (For AWC Associate Members)
$2,500 – Standard booth (Non-AWC members)
$1,500 – Premier booth (For AWC Associate Members)
