Annual Conference exhibit opportunities

June 18-21 | Hilton Vancouver Washington conference center

The Annual Conference is our largest event of the year and is your opportunity to meet face-to-face with attendees who seek solutions for many of the same issues. Economic development, public safety, finance, infrastructure, sustainability, transportation, recreation, and waste management, to name a few.

The exhibit provides attendees with access to the latest resources and solutions to help them provide municipal services efficiently and effectively. The event provides exhibitors with an opportunity to introduce their products and services while fostering relationships with municipal officials long after the conference is over.

Due to high demand, we’ve added additional “table top” exhibit booths just outside the exhibit hall. These booths are available to AWC Associate Members only.

Important deadline:
Please be aware that the deadline for exhibit registration is Thursday, June 6. To ensure your place at the conference, we urge you to register your booth as soon as possible.

Tuesday, June 18
Set up: 1 – 5 pm

Wednesday, June 19
Exhibit hall: 7:30 am – 4 pm

Exhibit Reception: 5:30 – 7 pm

Thursday, June 20
Exhibit hall: 7 am – Noon

Tear down: 2 – 5 pm

  • Company name, logo, bio, contact info, and website listed in the app
  • 7 feet x 10 feet booth with pipe and drape
  • Skirted 6 feet x 2 feet rectangle table and two chairs
  • Two booth attendants
  • Exhibit directory listing in conference app
  • Access to attendee list for post-show follow-up
  • All conference meals on Wednesday, June 19 and Thursday, June 20 for the booth attendants. These meals include two breakfasts, two lunches, and three receptions.
