Conference lodging

The 2026 AWC Annual Conference will be held at the Spokane Convention Center, 334 West Spokane Falls Blvd., Spokane, WA 99201.

AWC will have a block of hotel rooms for this conference at negotiated rates. To ensure everyone has an opportunity to reserve a room within the AWC block, hotel booking links and codes will be emailed by AWC within 24 hours after your conference registration is confirmed.

Please note: One reservation per registrant will be permitted. AWC will audit for duplicate reservations and for reservations made for anyone not registered for the conference. Such reservations may be cancelled.

Hotel changes/cancellations

Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations. All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date and a cancellation number must be obtained by the guest to avoid penalty charges for a one-night stay.

AWC is not responsible for any penalty or no-show charges.

AWC works diligently with hotels to establish room blocks for our attendees. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than AWC is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellations or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AWC at registration@awcnet.org.
