The Parade of Flags 2025

Join us again this year for our ever-popular Parade of Flags at the AWC Annual Conference in Kennewick! This is a great opportunity to unite all cities and celebrate everything that makes Washington’s cities so great.

The Parade of Flags will kick off the conference on June 25 during the opening session. Show off your city’s flag as a designee from your city or town marches and waves the flag with pride for others to admire.

If your city has a flag and wants to join the parade, we need two things from you:

1. By June 16: Submit your RSVP to reserve your spot and let us know who you've designated as the flagbearer from your city.
2. Flags must arrive at AWC by June 19. We encourage you to use Priority Mail to ensure timely arrival. Mail your flag to AWC at:

AWC provides poles and stands to display the flags during the conference.
