Who are your city's voting delegates?

Each city may designate up to three voting delegates for the AWC Annual Meeting. Voting delegates can be elected officials or staff. These delegates vote on candidates for the AWC Board of Directors.

Before registering a voting delegate, please confirm that the delegate can attend the Annual Meeting on June 26, 4–5:45 pm. An online option will be available. Because the quorum is based on the number of voting delegates, it is important that voting delegates attend the meeting – either in person or online. (Voting delegates are not required to attend Annual Conference.)

Curious how you will vote at the Annual Meeting? Register by 5 pm on Thursday, June 19, to participate in a practice vote.

Voting delegate registrations, cancellations, and substitutions will be accepted until 2 pm on Thursday, June 26.
