Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA) RCW 42.30.240, the AWC RMSA Board of Directors invites public comment on the agenda items presented. Public comment can be given in person or remotely during the meeting at the specified time on the agenda, or provided in writing.
Whether you are in person or online, members of the public must sign up for public comment before the meeting begins. Sign up for online public comment here. A sign-up sheet will also be provided at the meeting location.
Rules for public comment:
- If attending remotely, mute the other devices you're using to watch the Board meeting to avoid audio feedback.
- State your name and town/city of residence for the record.
- Each speaker will have up to two minutes to give public comment.
