AWC will have a block of hotel rooms for this conference at negotiated rates. To ensure everyone has an opportunity to reserve a room within the AWC block, lodging information will be listed on this page when registration opens in December 2026.

AWC works diligently with hotels to establish room blocks for our attendees. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than AWC is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellations or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AWC at registration@awcnet.org.
