Database of contracts, arbitration decisions & job descriptions
AWC maintains this database of labor contracts, interest arbitration decisions, and job descriptions as a service to our members. You can use the filters below to narrow your search by population range, employee group, or document type, then click “Search” to bring up a list of what’s available meeting your criteria. You can view the documents online or download and print them.
New documents are added on a regular basis. If you have more recent contracts or other HR documents to share, please send them to research@awcnet.org so we can add them to the database. We have begun collecting job descriptions from cities as well and will be adding them to this database over time.
