The SBS is a longstanding, versatile tool for cities and counties to use in determining salaries and benefits for employees. We are thankful for the participation of local governments in filling out the survey and contributing to this great resource for members. We’re always looking for ways to improve our survey experience for SBS and all of our surveys and to increase our overall participation in surveys like the SBS. If you have ideas on how we can improve our survey collection efforts in 2025, please reach out to us at research@awcnet.org.
