What you need to know:
- The new system is an upgrade to the previous system. Your experience will be similar as before.
- You will need to create a new account in the new system.
- Previous messages will not migrate to the new system.
- Any contacts you added to your address book previously will not be in the new system. You will only be able to contact Retro staff.
- Messages in the new system will only be saved for 30 days. If you need to save them for longer, please download them.
