Request a public record from the AWC Trust Health Care Program

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak our offices remain closed to the public until further notice.

Public records services will remain available. The public may request records online at bobbif@awcnet.org or by mail to: Health Care Program of the Association of Washington Cities Employee Benefit Trust, Attn: Public Records Officer, c/o Association of Washington Cities, 1076 Franklin Street SE, Olympia, WA 98501.

During this time, we will continue to work with requesters to provide access to public records electronically whenever possible. If a request requires physical inspection of records it will be placed in a pending status upon completion, and physical inspection will be scheduled upon reopening of the AWC offices to the public.
