The security of your personal health information is critical. When sending a message with personal information to the AWC Employee Benefit Trust, we ask that you use a secure email system to ensure your information stays private. If you do not have access to a secure email system, we encourage you to use the one linked below.

In 2022, we transitioned our secure email center to serve you better. This transition provides increased security and reliability as we continue to support you now and into the future.

What you need to know:

  • The secure email center is an upgrade to the previous system. Your experience will be similar as before.
  • You will need to create a new account.
  • Messages sent prior to 2022 will not have migrated.
  • Any contacts you added to your address book previously did not migrate. You will only be able to contact Trust staff.
  • Messages will only be saved for 30 days. If you need to save them for longer, please download them.

Don't forget to update your bookmarks to the secure email center.
