Talkspace offers Regence & Asuris members access to video appointment counseling & therapy to support their everyday needs. Users can find education and self-help tools for a self-guided experience, access to live chats with a provider, and more. Headspace Care for Kaiser members
Headspace care offers one-on-one support with an emotional support coach anytime, anywhere. Employees with Kaiser coverage can create a Headspace account to access self-care resources and 24/7 text-based emotional support coaching. Headspace allows users to discuss goals, share challenges, and create an action plan with a coach. Share this link and information with your employees:
