Looking for L&I 2023 rates?

Contact: Retro staff

Many of you have requested Labor & Industries (L&I) 2023 rates for budgeting purposes. The proposed rates are not released from L&I until late September. After the L&I announcement, AWC staff will upload your individual experience factor and your rates into RiskConsole.

Go to the Organization tab and click on “Journal.” Once in the journal, you will find all the information for your budgeting needs. Contact Retro staff if you need annual hours or additional information to fine-tune your budget numbers.

Can’t wait for proposed L&I rates? Use the grid below to extrapolate an average rate change to predict a rate change for 2023. Many cities are using an overall increase of 3-5% to their workers’ comp budget.
