As the new administration and Congress consider making major investment in the nation’s infrastructure, AWC has worked with the Association of Washington Business and state organizations representing counties and ports, to produce a report outlining some of the needs and benefits of state infrastructure investments.
The report issued today uses existing data on needs and illustrates projects from throughout the state to highlight investment opportunities in the critical areas of transportation, water, energy, and communications. It isn’t intended to represent a definitive list of project needs, but to demonstrate the value of our critical infrastructure and ideas on how and where future investments could be most beneficial.
