Know of someone retiring? Let us know!


Elected officials, city managers and administrators, city clerks, senior department directors, city attorneys, and all other staff with 20 or more years of service, who have retired since the 2024 AWC Annual Conference or will retire by December 31, 2025 are eligible. Years of service need not be consecutive and may be from more than one city over the span of a career.

Complete this form with the following information:

  • Name
  • Title
  • City or town
  • Number of years served
  • Retirement date

The deadline for notifying AWC of eligible city officials is June 6, 2025.

Each retiring official will be recognized at AWC's Annual Conference, on the AWC website, and in CityVoice, AWC’s electronic newsletter.
