Federal broadband funding for cities webinar recording

Millions of dollars in federal funding is available for broadband infrastructure deployment across the U.S. Washington cities can access much of the funding through competitive grant and loan programs. Join us on November 1 to hear from technical experts at USDA Rural Development (RD) and the Washington State Broadband Office (WSBO) where you’ll learn about federal funding opportunities, how to apply, and possible ways to leverage existing RD programs.

Participants will:

  • Learn about broadband funding opportunities available through USDA RD and WSBO.
  • Discover how to leverage the funding and prepare to apply.
  • Hear about community engagement strategies through Broadband Action Teams.

This event is for elected officials, public works directors, city managers and administrators and other staff seeking federal infrastructure funds.
