What Gardiant can do for you!

What is Gardiant?

Gardiant is AWC Retro’s claim platform implemented in August of 2023. The new system is very user-friendly and allows you real-time access to your claim information.

What can I see in Gardiant?

  • View claims (filter to open or closed claims, or view all at once)
  • Get a snapshot of your newest and most recently closed claims.
  • See a summary of your claims count and costs for your entity.
  • Search for a specific claim number.
  • Start an email conversation with your AWC Retro Claims Coordinator
  • Access claims reports, including loss runs and claim costs and injuries reports.
  • Check an employee’s current work status, review vocational reports and other claim-related documents any time.

A great benefit of the Gardiant system is that all claim documents are viewable within the system; no need to log into L&I’s Claim and Account Center to view recent medical notes, APFs, and more.

What if I’m not set up in Gardiant yet, but would like to be?

Contact Melissa Shannon and discuss the access authorization process. Retro requires executive authorization for portal access. Once we need to send a simple form for signature, then we can get you added to the system.
