FSA DirectPay

Navia and FSA Store have partnered to make shopping for FSA eligible products easier. With DirectPay, participants can buy FSA eligible items on FSAStore.com without their FSA debit card. By enrolling in DirectPay, Navia participants can view their available FSA benefit balance while shopping, select from a range of FSA eligible products, and checkout with a secure "cardless" click.

To sign up for DirectPay, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Navia participant portal, click on the DirectPay link, and go to FSA Store.
2. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. DirectPay will use your Navia FSA information to charge your Navia FSA for your FSA Store purchase. It will also become your default payment method. Just review and submit.
