The judges and mayor each discuss the powers, duties, and limitations of each branch, and how to create successful relationships among the branches.

  • Identify the role the Judge must play in administering the court
  • Recognize separation of powers among the branches
  • Create an organizational chart that reflects the appropriate roles and responsibilities
