Gov. Inslee issued an updated proclamation related to the Open Public Meetings Act.

Gov. Inslee issued an updated proclamation related to the Open Public Meetings Act. The proclamation allows for jurisdictions to hold in-person meetings where wildfires have substantially interrupted or degraded telecommunication services.  The in-person meetings are limited to the number of people permitted to gather in the county in which the meeting will take place. Additionally, social distancing and face coverings are required. The updated proclamation remains in effect until telecommunication services are restored or October 1, whichever occurs sooner.
