Stay at Work best practices

Once a worker is injured and removed from full-duty work, it is in all parties' interest to return the worker to light-duty work as soon as possible. In these situations, employers are eligible for reimbursement of salary and equipment costs under L&I's Stay at Work (SAW) program. This webinar will cover how to maximize your return of this benefit and how to educate your staff on the importance of light duty and to ensure injured workers do not work outside of restrictions.
