Both wrongful death bills, <strong><a target="_blank" href="https://app.leg.wa.gov/billsummary?BillNumber=1135&Chamber=House&Year=2019">HB 1135</a></strong> and <strong><a target="_blank" href="https://app.leg.wa.gov/billsummary?BillNumber=5163&Initiative=false&Year=2019">SB 5163</a></strong>, advanced out of committee and are in their respective Rules Committees awaiting floor action.
