The Employee Benefit Trust Board of Trustees finalized the 2019 premiums. It’s good news for cities! Rate increases are once again, below industry trend. View the AWC Trust’s 2019 exact rate amounts. Active employee coverage
- Regence/Asuris: 3.3% increase
- Kaiser Permanente: 7.3% increase
- Delta Dental: 0% increase
- Willamette Dental Plan 1: 8% increase
- Willamette Dental Plan 2: .6% increase
- Vision Service Plan: 3% decrease
- Standard Life: 0% increase
- Standard Long Term Disability: 0% increase
- ComPsych EAP: 0% increase
- Navia Benefit Solutions (HRA/HSA/FSA): 0% increase
- HSA Bank: 0% increase
LEOFF 1 retiree coverage
- Regence/Asuris Plan A: 3.3% increase
- Regence Medicare Advantage: 9.9% increase
- Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage: 3.3% increase
