Review & comment on Ecology draft stormwater manuals

Ecology’s draft stormwater management manuals for Eastern and Western Washington are out for review. Local jurisdictions use the manual to implement stormwater requirements for new development and redevelopment projects. Land developers, designers, and businesses also use the manuals.

The Eastern Washington draft manual is open for comments until July 25. 

The Western Washington draft manual is open for comments until November 14.

AWC generally engages most directly with the review of the draft stormwater permits that provide the regulatory requirements for cities, and less so on the guidance manuals of how to implement the permits. Please contact us if you feel there are significant issues with these manuals.
