The Attorney General’s Office updates public disclosure model rules

On April 2, 2018, the State Attorney General&rsquo;s Office (AGO) updated their Public Records Act Model Rules to reflect recent changes in statutes, laws, and technology.

On April 2, 2018, the State Attorney General’s Office (AGO) updated their Public Records Act Model Rules to reflect recent changes in statutes, laws, and technology. Cities and towns can use the Model Rules to develop their own “best practices” and procedures to respond to records requests submitted under the Public Records Act.
