AWC is pleased to announce the release of our updated website!

What’s new with our site? Here are some highlights and things you need to know.

Logging in to the new website

You will need to reset your password the first time you log in to our new website. Use the same User ID that you used on awcnet.org to log in. When prompted to change your password, they must be a minimum length of seven characters, including at least one lower-case letter, one upper-case letter, and one number.

If you forget your password in the future, the site now has a forgot password feature, which allows you to send a reset key to your email inbox.

Profile

The new website has a more robust person profile that allows you to:

• Update contact information such as company, address, and phone number.
• Change your password.
• Review your order history.

Registration

Registration has been enhanced so you can:

• Register another attendee who is not already in our system in one easy step.
• Register multiple attendees at the same time.
• Email a confirmation to yourself or others at any time.

New user sign up

If you have never used this website or our previous website before, and you want to register yourself or others for an event, you will need sign up. If you can’t find your company, contact awctechsupport@awcnet.org with your company name, address, and phone number.
