Passed in November 2021, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) is a five-year spending plan (FY 22-26) that invests historic amounts in the country’s transportation, water, climate resilience, and broadband infrastructure. As funding opportunities become available to Washington’s cities and towns, AWC would like to understand your level of interest, what challenges you face, and how we can best support you in accessing these federal dollars.
