How ARPA dollars can be used for community equity

Last year, Congress passed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), sending billions of federal dollars directly to cities across the country. AWC’s Jacob Ewing recently presented to city equity officers and recorded a useful ten-minute presentation about how ARPA funds can be used for equity purposes such as community engagement, finding economic disparities, and identifying underserved communities.
