Cities interested in opioid settlements invited to join a call with Attorney General
Last week AWC sent notice to cities to alert you that Attorney General Ferguson has
rejected a settlement offer related to the ongoing federal opioid litigation. However, cities still have the option to form a negotiation committee to pursue their own settlement agreement.
If your city is interested in learning more about the option to participate in settlement talks, join us for a call with the Attorney General on Friday, August 6, at 2 pm.
Contact Sharon Swanson for the call information.
