AWC to host monthly discussion on Blake legislation
Considering the passage of SB 5476 addressing the impacts of the State v. Blake court decision, AWC will host city-focused monthly
meetings for city attorneys and interested city officials. The first meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 14. While AWC cannot offer legal advice, we do want to facilitate communication between cities and offer periodic updates on policy conversations
about Blake.
If you are interested in participating, please register for the meetings here.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. If you are not the correct person in your city regarding the implementation of Blake, please feel free to forward this invitation on to
the correct person in your city.
