Rulemaking and engagement opportunities with Clean Energy Transformation Act

The Department of Commerce and the Utilities and Transportation Commission are resuming their work to adopt rules implementing the Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA). Interested utilities are invited to participate in the process.

Upcoming rulemaking activities include:

  • June 14: Public comment period on markets, double counting, and use;
  • June 15: Draft CEIP template webinar;
  • June 17: Utility energy assistance program reporting template;
  • June 22: Joint workshop on storage accounting;
  • September 27: Joint workshop on interpretations of use; and
  • October 4: Joint rulemaking workshop.
