Wellness mini grant

Mini grants fund education, activities, and equipment that help build healthy workplace cultures and address employees’ health risks, interests, or priorities. The mini grant amount is based on the number of employees with AWC Trust medical insurance at your city or organization. You can receive $5 per Trust insured employee, with a minimum of $50 and maximum of $500. We have removed the participation requirement to receive a mini grant. Complete the mini grant application by December 31. Submit your receipts and the mini grant reimbursement form by January 15.
