SB 5903, sponsored by Sen. Billig (D–Spokane), would require any drive-up service, public or private, to allow multimodal transportation alternatives to access services. If the new requirement were to pose a traffic safety hazard, an alternative lane(s) would have to be made available.

At this time, AWC is not aware of existing municipal ordinances that would conflict with the introduced bill.
