Status of affordable housing bills at cutoff

The following housing bills that we have reported on have advanced out of either the House or Senate (or have an impact on the budget).

Dates to remember


HB 1168, HB 1219, HB 1406 are all scheduled for public hearing on Wednesday, March 20 at 1:30 pm in the Senate Housing Stability & Affordability Committee.

HB 1576 is scheduled for a hearing in the Senate Law & Justice Committee on Tuesday, March 19 at 10 am.

HB 1798 will be heard on Tuesday, March 19 at 8 am in the Senate Committee on Financial Institutions, Economic Development & Trade.

SB 5383 will be heard in the House Local Government Committee on Tuesday, March 19 at 10 am. The bill is also scheduled for a committee vote on Friday, March 22 at 10 am.
