The Association of Washington Cities (AWC) is a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, which provides a wide array of legislative, training, and other services to all cities and towns in the state of Washington. AWC is recruiting for the position of Marketing & Field Service Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to develop and oversee implementation of a marketing and retention plan for all AWC Member Pooling Programs, including the cultivation of relationships with existing and potential members.

Minimum qualifications

The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of the insurance industry with an emphasis on health and general knowledge of local government. Must possess strong marking, and oral and written communications skills. Three years’ experience in a position that included self-directed travel and independent work with individuals and groups required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent years of experience in a marketing role required.
