COVID-19 & your small city financial controls

Contact: AWC online learning

AWC, the Washington Municipal Clerks Association (WMCA), and the State Auditor’s Office (SAO) will host a webinar for smaller cities to help them navigate questions about financial controls, separation of duties and other best practices to help them stay financially safe, audit-secure, and physically healthy during this challenging time.

SAO has resources and information to assist member cities who are struggling to find the best ways to navigate these tricky situations with reduced staff, and city halls and banks that are closed or have limited accessibility.

This webinar is intended for small city mayors, city managers/administrators, and clerks.

Recorded: April 15, 2020
