Labor Relations Institute hotels

AWC has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at several hotels for the nights of May 6, 7, and 8 at negotiated rates. Reserve your room when you register for the Institute and take advantage of the AWC rates.

The room blocks fill up quickly. To get your preferred hotel, register as soon as possible. Please note: One reservation per registrant. AWC will audit for duplicate reservations and for reservations made prior to registering for the conference.

*Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

Hotel changes/cancellations

Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations. All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date and a cancellation number must be obtained by the guest to avoid penalty charges for one night stay.

AWC is not responsible for any penalty or no-show charges.

AWC has worked diligently with the hotels to establish a room block for our attendees. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than AWC is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellations or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AWC at registration@awcnet.org.
