Hotel reservations

AWC has reserved a block of sleeping rooms for the nights of March 11 and 12 at negotiated rates. Reserve your hotel room online when you register for the Healthy Worksite Summit and take advantage of the AWC rates.

The room blocks fill up quickly, so register please register for the event as soon as possible. Please note: One reservation per registrant. AWC will audit for duplicate reservations and for reservations made prior to registering for the conference.

Hotel changes/cancellations

Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations. All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date and a cancellation number must be obtained by the guest to avoid penalty charges for one-night stay.

In the event Healthy Worksite Summit is cancelled, or any portion of the event is cancelled, we will make every attempt to notify you. However, AWC will not be held responsible for any travel or lodging costs related to such cancellation.

AWC is not responsible for any penalty or no-show charges.

AWC has worked diligently with the hotel to establish a room block for our attendees. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than AWC is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellations, or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AWC at registration@awcnet.org.
