AWC Risk Management Service Agency Board of Directors

The AWC Risk Management Service Agency is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors comprised of elected officials from the Member agencies. Board members are responsible for making agency decisions such as changes to bylaws as well as determining rates and coverages. Board members serve staggered three-year terms, starting January 1 following their election.

Any elected official from any RMSA member may run for a position on the Board of Directors by submitting a completed application to the Agency. Applications are due by September 27.

Candidates will be invited to attend the November 19 meeting, being held at the SeaTac Airport Conference Center, where the ballots will be opened, the results tallied and recorded into the meeting minutes.
