AWC RMSA Operating Committee election

The AWC Risk Management Service Agency (RMSA) Operating Committee serves as an advisory body to the RMSA Board of Directors. The Committee provides recommendations relative to operational aspects of RMSA such as annual assessment rates, insurance coverage options, and the annual budget. The Committee is comprised of RMSA member entity staff. Committee members serve staggered two-year terms, starting at the Annual Meeting at which they are elected.

Applicants must be nominated by the mayor or chief executive of their entity. To nominate a candidate, please complete this nomination form and return it to RMSA. Nominated persons must then complete an application that must be submitted to RMSA. All nominations and applications must be submitted by March 29.

Candidates will be invited to attend the May 26 Operating Committee meeting, being held at the SeaTac Airport Conference Center, and the remaining members of the Operating Committee will take action to appoint one of the candidates to the vacant position for the remainder of the term.
